José María Dutilh Carvajal

José María Dutilh Carvajal serves as the Vicepresidente of APACSA 'Sainz de Andino' since October 2021 and holds the position of Abogado in the restructuring area at Ambar Partners since September 2022. With significant experience in insolvency and financial law, José María is a founding member of the i.LeY - Asesores Jurídicos y Financieros, leading the area of Derecho Concursal, Preconcursal y Administración Concursal since January 2015. Additionally, José María is an active representative for APACSA within the EIP Association since September 2021, a member of multiple professional associations including ASPAC and INSOL Europe, and has served as Consejero secretario at INCARI since February 2010. José María's educational background includes numerous advanced degrees, including a Master's in Insolvency from Universidad CEU San Pablo and an MBA from Esden Business School.
