Sarah Pinto

Sarah (Cinski) Pinto is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and talent management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Insomnia Cookies, Sarah has previously held significant roles at Lyft as a Senior Recruiter, and at Gopuff as both Recruiting Manager and Senior Recruiter. Additional experience includes positions at URBN as an Associate Recruiter and Assistant Recruiter, as well as a series of roles at Insight Global, culminating in Professional Recruiter and Account Manager. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric, Sarah has built a robust career in recruitment and talent acquisition since graduating from Williamsville North High School in 2011.
