Tai Dang

Tai Dang is an experienced supply chain and operations professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as the VP of Supply Chain & Procurement at Insomnia Cookies since May 2025, Tai has previously held significant roles such as Head of Supply Chain at MìLà, Senior Vice President Operations at AURATE New York, and Co-Founder and Chief Logistics Officer at Covet Delivery. Notable earlier positions include Head of Operations, Logistics & Fulfillment at Scentbird, and Head of Logistics for Marley Spoon. Tai co-founded Angel Express and served in several roles at Lenton Corporation, overseeing operations and logistics management. With an educational background in Public Policy focused on Health Administration and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Stony Brook University, Tai brings a strong strategic perspective to supply chain management.
