Christianne Baruqui

As an HR Recruiter at Insource, Christianne is responsible for sourcing candidates through multiple channels, presenting short-listed candidates to clients, and creating and executing a tailored recruiting strategy suited to the client’s needs.

Before joining Insource, Christianne worked in numerous HR roles in the U.S and abroad where she was involved in leading recruiting efforts, creating HR policies and procedures, and implementing benefit programs.

Christianne holds a Master of Science degree in Administration and Human Resources from Suffolk University, Boston, MA.
