Irene Jiménez

Irene Jiménez is the Talent Acquisition Manager at Worksome. Irene has been with the company since January 2021 and is responsible for coordinating the entire recruitment process, from reaching out to candidates to sending an offer. Irene also develops talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans, performs sourcing to fill open positions and build pipelines, and plans and conducts recruitment and selection processes. In addition, they implements and maintains HR software and ATS/Onboarding tools, takes steps to ensure a positive candidate experience, and uses metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.

Irene Jiménez has a licenciatura in psychology from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and has studied English as a second language at Westchester Community College.
