Emil Emborg Thiel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Emil is currently working at Inspari A/S as a Principal Cloud Solution Architect, where they are a member of the Technology Advisory Board and provides strategic advice to the management team. Their responsibilities include technology development using various tools and platforms such as SQL, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake Data Cloud, and more. Emil also focuses on people development through mentoring and hands-on labs for colleagues.

Prior to their current role, Emil worked as a Senior Cloud Solution Architect at Inspari A/S, where they were involved in technology development and people development activities. Emil engaged in pre-analysis, project scoping, and estimation, and acted as a trusted advisor in the Data Platform Domain.

Emil Emborg Thiel has a strong educational background with a focus on technology and production systems. Emil obtained their M.Sc. in Technology with a specialization in Production Systems from Aalborg University in 2019. Prior to that, they completed their PBa PTI degree in Product Development and Integrative Technology from UCN in 2017. In 2015, they earned an Academy Profession in Production Technology (Produktionsteknolog) from UCN, focusing on process and manufacturing optimization. Emil also completed their Upper Secondary Program (Gymnasiel) in Technology and Design from Higher Technical Examination Program, Frederikshavn (HTX) in 2012. Emil started their educational journey at Privatskolen i Sæby, where they completed their Folkeskole education from 1999 to 2009. Additionally, Emil has obtained various certifications related to data analysis, sales, technical sales, programming, and cloud deployment from institutions such as Databricks, Snowflake, dbt Labs, Codecademy, and Microsoft.
