Steffen Krogsgaard

Steffen Krogsgaard's work experience begins in 2007 at Aarhus University Hospital as a Porter. In 2014, they worked as a Master Instructor at Aarhus University, School of Business and Social Sciences. From 2014 to 2015, they had various roles at Siemens, including being a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding student worker and a Master Thesis Student in HR Business Consulting. Steffen then joined Vestas in 2015 as a Recruitment Coordinator and later transitioned to a Recruiter role in HR Operations - EMEA North. In 2018, Steffen worked at Danish Crown as a Talent Attraction Specialist in Group HR, with responsibilities in recruiting, implementation of SuccessFactors, employer branding, and talent management. In 2019, they moved to Manpower RPO-setup at Vestas, first as a Recruiter for EMEA North & Central and then as a Talent Acquisition Partner for the Global IT organization, focusing on business-critical roles. Presently, Steffen is the Head of Recruitment at Inspari A/S, responsible for talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and employer branding, with a primary focus on hiring senior-profiles.

Steffen Krogsgaard earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Strategy, Organisation & Leadership from Aarhus University, Business and Social Sciences, between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Business Administration from Aarhus University from 2010 to 2013. Steffen also received higher education in International Business from Skive Handelsskole from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, Steffen obtained several certifications, including TT38 Talent Test Certification from Talents Unlimited in 2020, Everything DiSC Workplace® certification from DISCnordic in 2018, Adapt GRT certification from DISCnordic in 2018, Matrigma (Measures General Mental Ability) certification from Assessio in 2017, and The Hogan Assessment Certification (HPI, HDS, MVPI) from A&D Resources in 2017.
