Lilian Zwager has extensive experience in change management, IT infrastructure consulting, and marketing. Currently serving as a Change Management & Adoption Consultant at InSpark since February 2019, Lilian has previously worked as a Consultant for IT Infrastructure at Tergos and as a Marketeer at Bursar - jobs that matter. From 2014 to 2017, Lilian was a Docent Economie, SLB en stagebegeleider at ROC van Amsterdam | Flevoland. Lilian's educational background includes a Premaster in Managementwetenschappen from Open Universiteit, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Bedrijfseconomie from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, and another Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Commerciële Economie from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
