Makala Hauge

Makala Hauge currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Inspect Point since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Capital Construction LLC from November 2020 to January 2025, and as a Human Resources Advisor and Project Specialist at Optima Advisory, LLC from July 2019 to July 2020. Makala holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification and completed education at Dakota County Technical College between 2009 and 2010, as well as graduating from Rosemount High School from 1994 to 1999.
