Deeksha Dasari has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Deeksha began their career as Program Manager & Content Writer at Carve a Smile Today Foundation in 2008. In 2013, they worked as a Software Engineer at DrFirst, Inc. and Business Systems Analyst at Eminent Software Services. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a Technical Program Consultant at Jewelers Mutual Insurance Group and was also a Member of the Project Management Institute. In 2020, they began working at SuperWorld as Director of Program Management and Project Manager - Product & Strategic Operations. Currently, they are a Program Manager at Inspectiv.

Deeksha Dasari has a diverse educational background. Deeksha completed a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Deeksha then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2013. In 2016, they completed a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Dallas Baptist University.
