Bernardo Duarte has a diverse work experience over the years. Bernardo began their career as a Relationship Manager at AIESEC in 2013 and later worked as a Sales Consultant at Egali Intercâmbio in 2014. In 2017, they joined Involves as a Sales Development Representative for the LATAM region, where they conducted trade marketing onboarding management and provided industry insights to improve customer experience. Bernardo also served as a Customer Success Manager at Involves, responsible for onboarding LATAM clients and delivering in-company training sessions for the sales force teams.

In 2019, Bernardo joined Pipz Automation, where they worked as a Customer Success Manager, specializing in onboarding new customers. Bernardo implemented sales, pre-sales, and digital marketing projects, working with clients from various sectors such as Tech, E-commerce, Banking, Finance, and Educational Centers. Bernardo developed expertise in digital marketing automation, email marketing, customer segmentation, and analytics.

Bernardo conducted executive business review meetings, negotiated retention and ARR expansion, and led internal projects using Agile methods. Later, they transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager for strategic accounts, managing a portfolio of Brazilian SMB companies through Gainsight and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Currently, Bernardo is working at Inspectorio as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Bernardo is responsible for managing a client base composed of US-based companies, ensuring their successful onboarding and ongoing success using Inspectorio's quality management software. Bernardo focuses on account activation, adoption, renewals, expansions, and maintaining strong relationships with product, sales, support, and finance teams. Bernardo also leads internal projects to support team structuring and performance.

Bernardo Duarte completed their graduation in International Relations from Universidade Federal de Pelotas during the period of 2011 to 2016. Bernardo then pursued a specialization in Business Management at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 2016 to 2018.
