Polina Gunina

Polina Gunina has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and responsibilities. In 2018, they worked as an International Cooperation Specialist at MB CONSULTING IT. From 2019 to 2020, they served as an HR Assistant at 1PT, where they supported various HR processes, including corporate social responsibility projects, mentoring programs, and recruitment assistance. Since 2020, Polina has been working at Inspectorio, initially as an Administrative Assistant in the Strategy & Global Operations team. Polina then transitioned to roles in the People Team, starting as a Specialist and progressing to the position of Senior People Partner. Currently, they also serve on the Core Team of the Culture Committee at Inspectorio.

Polina Gunina earned their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Belarusian State University. Polina attended the university from 2014 to 2018.
