Yagor Maliutsin

Yagor Maliutsin is the current VP of Engineering at Inspectorio. Yagor was previously the Development Director at Wargaming.net from December 2012 to July 2019. In this role, they were responsible for leading strategic development, guiding and providing input on technical planning for software projects, and establishing processes and tools to meet business requirements. Yagor also established hiring standards for managers and individual contributors, supervised resource allocation, and kept the development team on track. In addition, they evaluated projects, developed schedules, and resolved resource conflicts and customer/stakeholder demands. Finally, they served as the voice of the team in the business and helped everyone understand the other's position.

Yagor Maliutsin attended the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, where they studied Informatics. Yagor later received a certification from the Project Management Institute as a Certified Project Management Professional.
