Jennifer Genske

Jennifer Genske, PHR, CCP, is a seasoned professional in compensation and human resources with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Consultant at Insperity since September 2022, Jennifer previously held multiple positions at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation from April 2018 to September 2022, including VP HR Compensation and AVP HR Compensation. Prior roles at M3 Insurance from October 2013 to April 2018 included Compensation & Benefits Analyst, and earlier experience at Dean Clinic as a Senior Benefits Analyst focused on benefits education and management. Jennifer began a career at M3 Insurance in May 2004 as a Human Resources Generalist and has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, and Labor Economics from the Lubar College of Business, obtained in 2005.
