Melanie Brown

Melanie Brown, MBA, CIPP/E/US, CIPM, CIPT, serves as the Manager of Data Privacy & Technology Compliance at Insperity since December 2019, previously holding the role of Senior Data Privacy Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Privacy Intern at Brite Discovery, where contributions were made towards the launch of GDPR software, and as an Independent Consultant providing strategic advice on data privacy compliance and risk mitigation. Earlier roles include serving as a Global Benefits Programs Specialist and Global Mobility Senior Advisor at Weatherford, alongside experience as a Legal Assistant at Cosmich, Simmons & Brown. Melanie holds an MBA from Baylor University, obtained in 2018, and a BA in International/Global Studies and Spanish from the same institution, received in 2007.
