Paul Henderson

Paul Henderson, SPHR, currently serves as the General Manager of Talent Acquisition Services at Insperity, where responsibilities include being the primary point of contact for Middle Market PEO clients and acting as a strategic partner to C-suite executives and HR Directors in various HR matters. Prior to this, Paul held the position of Commanding Officer at Navy Talent Acquisition Group Houston, leading a diverse team in recruiting qualified candidates for the Navy. Paul’s extensive military background includes roles such as Executive Officer at NTAG Houston and Manning Readiness Officer at U.S. Fleet Forces Command, where consulting and HR advisory services were key responsibilities. Paul is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a BS in Economics and holds an Executive MBA in Financial Management from the Naval Postgraduate School. Further education includes certifications in aviation safety and maritime operations, with current training in Salesforce.
