Christopher Cain

Christopher Cain possesses extensive experience in product management and client operations, currently serving as Group Product Manager at Benefit Resource, LLC since April 2007. Throughout a progressive career at Benefit Resource, Christopher has held various roles including Product Manager, Quality Assurance Team Lead, Quality Assurance Coordinator, Data Maintenance Technician, Client Operations Team Leader, Client Operations Specialist, and Participant Services Representative. Prior to Benefit Resource, Christopher worked at Wegmans Food Markets from February 1997 to April 2007 as Distribution Supervisor and Customer Service Representative. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University at Buffalo (1999-2004) and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Empire State College (2012-2015).
