Denise Lambrecht

Denise Lambrecht has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Labor Relations and Senior HR Business Partner at Inspira Health Network since January 2001. In these roles, Denise is responsible for strategic staff planning and development, performance management, and employee relations. Previous positions at Inspira Health include Director of HR and Assistant Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities spanned labor relations, organizational development, and recruitment management. Prior to Inspira Health, Denise held HR positions at Checkpoint Meto, Trans Freight Systems, and Ames/Standby, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and personnel policy enforcement. Denise earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Ursinus College in 1992.
