Donna Laughlin, AS, CPC, CRC, currently serves as a Corporate Compliance Coding Project Specialist at Inspira Health since October 2023. Previously, Donna worked as an ACO Coding Specialist at Einstein Healthcare Network from October 2017 to July 2023, focusing on compliant ICD-10 coding selection per Risk Adjustment protocol and provider education. Prior experience includes serving as a Professional Fee Coder III at Jefferson University Physicians from November 2015 to October 2017, where Donna reviewed E/M level codes for accuracy and provided educational opportunities to providers. Earlier, Donna was a Risk Adjustment Coder at Cigna-Healthspring from October 2013 to November 2015, responsible for capturing HCC codes and submitting them to CMS for reimbursement. Donna holds an Associate of Science degree from Widener University and certificates in Medical Coding and Billing from Delaware County Community College.
