Julie Ellis

Julie Ellis, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Inspira Health Network, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, staffing, employment law, performance management, employee relations, and labor while fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Prior to this role, Julie held the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Jefferson Health New Jersey, contributing to talent management and employee engagement strategies. Julie also served as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at KENNEDY HEALTH SYSTEMS, leading HR business partner and recruitment teams, and held various HR roles at Kennedy Health System, including Corporate Director of Human Resources, where oversight of employee relations for a large health system was a key responsibility. Julie earned a Master’s Degree in Business/HR Management from Rutgers University - Camden and a BA in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University.
