Joe McConville has a diverse work experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Joe began their career as a Marketing Intern at Blue Flame Marketing, where they worked on the primary account, Ciroc Ultra-Premium Vodka. Later, they gained experience as an Account Coordinator at Inspira Marketing Group, where they managed client relationships and implemented activations for brands like All Laundry Detergent and Snuggle Fabric Softener. Joe then moved on to become an Account Executive at the same company, overseeing sales reps and analyzing sales data for the Guinness brand portfolio. Joe further progressed to the role of Account Manager, where they took the lead in developing and launching a team of traveling Smirnoff sales reps. Their most recent role at Inspira Marketing Group was Senior Client Engagement Manager, where they managed the account of Diageo, one of the agency's largest clients, and built social media plans for Guinness Brewery Ambassadors. In addition to their marketing experience, Joe also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Beach Resident Organization, where they raised funds and managed budgets for senior class events.
Joe McConville graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Advertising in 2014. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained various certifications. These certifications include Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: US Managers V4.1 from Traliant in May 2023, CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Safety and Health Institute in November 2022, Emergency Medical Technician from NREMT in March 2016, and Cicerone Beer Server from the Cicerone Certification Program in September 2014.
