Maureen Deacy (She/Her/Hers)

Maureen Deacy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Maureen is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Inspira Marketing Group, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a TA Manager at the same company starting from July 2021.

Before joining Inspira Marketing Group, Maureen worked at BlueTriton Brands (formerly Nestlé Waters USA) as the Talent Acquisition Team Lead from January 2016 to July 2021.

Their previous experience includes working as a Contract Recruiter at HARMAN International from 2014 to 2016 and as a Recruitment Lead at Quickcomm, A Vodafone Company from 2012 to 2014.

Additionally, they had a role as a Career Advisor/Co-Owner at The Career Starters Group from 2010 to 2012 and as a Recruiter at Impact Personnel, Inc. from 2007 to 2010.

Maureen Deacy (She/Her/Hers) holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from SUNY Westchester Community College. In addition to their degrees, Maureen has also earned several certifications. These include the CIR certification from AIRS, obtained in September 2012, the HRCI-PHR certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in December 2010, and the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM, obtained in April 2010.
