Deepika Chandran has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruitment processes across various sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition at Voya India since October 2021, Deepika previously held the position of Associate Manager in the same field. Prior to Voya India, Deepika worked at Infosys from July 2014 to October 2021 as a Senior Recruiter, managing end-to-end recruitment for HR positions across India. Deepika's earlier roles include Sr. US IT Recruiter at Reveille Technologies, where responsibilities included overseeing the entire recruiting cycle for IT technologies, and a similar position at Sierra Infosys, providing staffing services to US IT clients.
