Oana Chifan

Oana Chifan is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment across various sectors. Oana held the positions of EMEA TA Manager, EMEA TA Supervisor for Powertrain/Braking and Hungary, and EMEA Senior TA Specialist at Tenneco from September 2022 to April 2023. Prior to that, Oana served as the European Recruitment Team Leader at SIG Combibloc and was involved in global executive recruitment at Alstom and Bombardier, where roles included Global Executive Recruitment and Senior International Recruiter. Oana holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Law, both from Babes-Bolyai University.
