Manuel Diego Fernandez Chaparro Plata is a Senior Innovation Consultant at Inspiralia USA since October 2022, specializing in supporting multisectoral startups in developing market-ready innovations and securing non-dilutive government grants for R&D. Previously, from March 2020 to March 2022, Manuel worked with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs on the India Smart Cities initiative, addressing urban challenges through innovative solutions and piloting them across Indian cities.
