Malin Karlsson

Malin Karlsson is a Senior Insight Specialist at Inspirans since September 2019, with a background in customer experience and service design. Previously, Malin worked as a Market Researcher at Taloustutkimus Oy, specializing in qualitative research in customer and B2B settings, including healthcare and pharmaceutical projects. Prior to that, Malin freelanced as a Professional Freelancer at the same company from 2003 to 2016. Malin has a degree in Avoin yliopisto: Kulttuurihistoria from Paasikivi-Opisto Turku and has studied at Turun yliopisto - University of Turku as well as Helsinge Gymnasium.
