Jennifer Guisbert is the Director at Inspirant Group. Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in instructional design and training development. Jennifer has a proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs that improve employee performance and meet business objectives.

Jennifer started their career as a Professional Development Manager at DLA Piper, where they were responsible for organizing and managing training programs for all practice groups and their clients. Jennifer then moved on to Whirlpool Corporation, where they served as Senior Manager, Sales Learning Enablement. In this role, they were responsible for determining strategic sales training directives to support the company's sales organization and external sales associates.

Jennifer has been with Inspirant Group since February 2020. In their current role as Director, they are responsible for leading a team of instructional designers and content developers to create innovative, engaging, and effective learning experiences for employees.

Jennifer Guisbert has a Master of Arts in Human Performance and Training from Governors State University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Western Michigan University. Jennifer is certified in FourSight Facilitation from FourSight.
