Eric Courts

Eric Courts has a diverse background in sports leadership and communication. Currently serving as the Workforce Development Manager at Inspiration Corporation, with previous experience as a Consultant at adidas specializing in grassroots basketball and event management. Eric also holds the position of Executive Director at Chicago Grinders Youth Basketball Club, overseeing youth basketball program coordination, events, and fundraising. With a Master's Degree in Sports Leadership from Concordia University Chicago and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from DePaul University, Eric has a strong foundation in both education and experience in the sports and youth development industry.
