Lauren Waugh

Lauren Waugh is a dedicated professional with experience in various roles focused on support and engagement within communities. Currently serving as the People Team Coordinator at Inspiration Mobility since July 2023, Lauren enhances candidate and employee experiences through exceptional administrative and human-centered support. Previously, Lauren worked as the Coordinator of Community Services at Service Coordination Inc, delivering quality case management to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Additional leadership experience includes serving as President for both Delta Chi Xi and Gift to Uplift, where Lauren managed member recruitment and facilitated initiatives for children with life-altering illnesses, respectively. Lauren's academic background includes dual degrees from the University of Maryland, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance.
