Allyson Peck

Allyson Peck is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and franchising across prominent brands in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President for Dunkin' at Inspire Brands, Allyson previously held the role of Vice President of Operations for Baskin-Robbins, overseeing over 2,300 locations and driving brand growth and transformation. During a tenure at Starbucks as Vice President of Retail Operations for the Northeast Region, Allyson reimagined team performance and culture, achieving significant growth metrics. Prior to this, Allyson spent over two decades at McDonald's, advancing through various roles including Vice President of Operations & Franchising, where Allyson led operations in a high-performing region and implemented strategic franchising initiatives. Educationally, Allyson holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bradley University.
