Austin van Lingen is an experienced professional in guest relations and customer service, currently serving as a Guest Relations Coordinator at Inspire since October 2023. Prior to this role, Austin held the position of Group Experience Coordinator with Worcester Bravehearts Baseball, where responsibilities included managing large group outings. Previous experience includes serving as an Associate Team Lead and Associate at PetSmart, overseeing team performance, ensuring store standards, and providing exceptional customer service. Austin began a career in customer service at Hannaford Supermarkets as an Associate. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Framingham State University, earned in May 2023, and graduated from Uxbridge High School in May 2018.
