Gema Rivas is a seasoned marketing and business professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and brand strategy across the Americas. Currently serving as the Head of International Digital Retail & Delivery for Inspire Brands since September 2023, Gema has driven significant growth through strategic innovations and the development of digital best practices. Previous roles include Marketing Manager for The Wendy's Company, where Gema implemented brand positioning and digital media strategies for the Latin America and Caribbean region. Notable achievements also include leadership positions at Premium Restaurants Brands and Grupo Probe, where Gema successfully increased sales and improved customer service.
