Natalie Rothman

Natalie Rothman is the Chief People Officer at Inspire Brands, overseeing Human Resources for a vast network of restaurants with 675,000 team members. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Rothman previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Advance Auto Parts, where significant organizational improvements were made. Additional roles include advisory positions for SilverBox Capital LLC and board memberships at the Advance Auto Parts Foundation, Udemy, and The Woodruff Arts Center. Rothman holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, a Master’s in Human Resources and International Communication from American University, and a Bachelor’s in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Ithaca College.
