Nicole Contrisciane

Nicole Contrisciane has over a decade of experience in various HR roles. Nicole is currently working as the Head of Talent at Inspire, a clean energy technology company. In this role, they lead a team and is responsible for implementing and executing people initiatives that contribute to the success of the business. Prior to Inspire, Nicole worked at Merck as an Associate Director and HR Business Partner. Nicole also has experience at Wolters Kluwer Health as an HR Leader, Unisys as a Senior HR Business Partner, ECRI as a Human Resources Generalist, and Aqua as a Human Resources Generalist.

Nicole Contrisciane has a Bachelor's degree in Strategic and Organizational Communications, with a focus on Political Science, from Temple University. Nicole also holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. In addition, Nicole has obtained certification as a Crucial Conversations Facilitator/Trainer from VitalSmarts.
