Paul Yerich is the Chief Financial Officer at Inspire. As CFO, Paul drives strategic alignment across Inspire’s investments to deliver on its growth and long-term value ambitions. Paul acts as a key integration point across the business to drive better business decisions and manage risk. In addition, Paul leads the financial planning, forecasting and accounting functions of Inspire, where he is building a best in class function. Paul is passionate about bringing the business together to drive impactful results and accelerate Inspire's journey to a net zero future. Prior to joining Inspire, Paul held a variety of leadership roles in the energy sector with over 16 years at Shell.
