Andy Martin

Andy Martin has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Andy most recently served as the Chief People Officer at Inspire Communities, where they managed over 130 manufactured housing and recreational vehicle communities. Prior to this, they held the position of Head HR Americas/EMEA and Global Operations at First Solar, overseeing human resources for a leading provider of photovoltaic solar systems. Before that, Andy was the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Arizona Department of Economic Security, where they worked on initiatives to ensure the safety and economic security of families in the state. Andy also served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Advantage Solutions, a provider of outsourced sales and marketing solutions, and as the Regional Vice President of Human Resources at Republic Services, Inc. Additionally, Andy held leadership positions in human resources at Disney ABC Television Group and Disney Direct-to-Consumer and International. Andy began their career at ARAMARK Healthcare and PepsiCo/Taco Bell in various human resources roles.

Andy Martin attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1982 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
