Rick Andreen has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Rick is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Inspire Communities, a top developer-owner and operator of manufactured housing and destination RV communities in the United States. Prior to this role, they were the President of The Andreen Group, where they oversaw the development of a 4000 unit Master Planned Community in Tucson, Arizona, and served as an exclusive custom home builder in Scottsdale.
Before that, Andreen was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Carefree Communities and RV Resorts, the 5th largest owner/operator of RV and manufactured home communities in the US. Rick also held the position of President at Trilogy by Shea Homes, overseeing the company's expansion and success in the Master Planned Active Lifestyle Community business.
Andreen's earlier experience includes working as the President of Pulte Homes' West Active Adult division and as the Sales and Operations Manager at Centex Homes in the DFW NE region. Overall, their work experience spans over three decades in the real estate industry, with a strong focus on community development and customer satisfaction.
Rick Andreen attended the University of Oklahoma from 1983 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Science.
