Libby Shough

Libby Shough is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and education. Currently serving as an HE Student Advisor at Inspire Education Group since November 2023, Libby provides impartial guidance and support to higher education students. Previous roles include HR Manager at Insite Energy, HR Business Partner at Peter Brotherhood Ltd, Group Head of HR at The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, and HR Manager at Dresser-Rand - A Siemens Business. Libby holds multiple qualifications in human resources, including a Chartered Member status with CIPD and a Master’s degree in Personnel & Development from De Montfort University. In addition to professional accomplishments, Libby has pursued education in counselling and understanding autism, enhancing capabilities to support diverse needs.
