Jaime Klein has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Jaime is the founder and CEO of Inspire Human Resources, a Certified Woman-Owned Business that provides HR expertise to companies on an interim basis or through consulting services. Prior to this, they worked at American Express as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they supported multiple departments and led various HR initiatives. Jaime also served as the Human Resources Director at Commerce One, managing the HR department during two acquisitions and an initial public offering. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Corporate Executive Board, where they supported the Corporate Leadership Council division. Additionally, Jamie had a college internship at Anti-Defamation League. Their expertise lies in HR business partnering, learning and organizational development, coaching, recruiting, compensation, employee relations, and diversity.
Jaime Klein obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Maryland, where they attended from 1990 to 1994. Jaime later pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, studying from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, in 1992 and 1993, Jaime participated in a Junior Year Study Abroad Program at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, but did not obtain a specific degree from this institution.
