Andy Durstock

Andy Durstock currently serves as the Vice President of Patient Outcomes and Ecosystem Effectiveness at Inspire Medical Systems, a position held since July 2017, after progressing through various roles including Senior Director of Patient Outcomes and Clinical Effectiveness. Prior to Inspire Medical Systems, Durstock worked at Medtronic from October 2007 to June 2017, achieving significant accolades such as five President Club wins, leading a large sales team, and developing national training programs. Durstock also held the position of Territory Representative at Medtronic, earning recognition as a three-time President Club winner and Rookie of the Year. Earlier in the career, Durstock was a Specialty Sales Representative in Urology at Sanofi from 1999 to 2007. Durstock holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Northern Kentucky University.
