Steven has been providing organisational development, facilitation and training services for the past five years, providing a unique perspective and insight across multiple sectors.

Steven built his Organisational Development, Assessment, and Leadership Facilitation and Coaching expertise on the back of a successful business career. Starting in sales then fundraising, Steven moved into public affairs roles for international conflict resolution agencies, followed by the launching then selling of a Recruitment Advertising Agency.

Steven is sought after in the UK and internationally as an inspirational speaker. He is also one of the original Lumina Learning Partners and Master Practitioners, and has trained multiple trainers, coaches and consultants in the use of Lumina Tools, with a focus on how they create transformation for Blue-Chip clients.

Steven is an NLP practitioner, a Lumina Learning Master Practitioner, a leading thinker and practitioner in 100% Accountability, and an Executive Coach. He has been instrumental in redesigning and implementing Lumina psychology for FTSE organisations across the UK.
