Judy Chandler Rugel has a diverse work experience in the public health field. Judy Chandler Rugel, MPH, CHES completed their education with a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health Promotion/Disease Prevention from The George Washington University between 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from the University of Mary Washington. In addition to their degrees, they also hold the certification of Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), which they obtained in March 2004 from the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc.
