Jim Muench

Jim Muench has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Principal at Inspire11, where they specialize in guiding organizations into the digital era. Prior to this, Jim worked as a Manager at EY, serving clients in CapEx insensitive industries and driving efficiency in their capex planning and management processes. Before that, they held the position of Senior Consultant at EY, driving process improvement through the design and delivery of Capital Portfolio Management solutions.

Jim also has experience as a Consultant at Capgemini, where they worked in Custom Software Development and assisted with business analysis, project management, and software implementation. Jim briefly worked as a Project Manager at NCR Corporation and interned at Readymade Records and Insightpool, where they gained experience in digital media management and social media sales.

Jim Muench earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Georgia between 2009 and 2013. In 2011, they also obtained an International Project Management Certificate in IT Project Management from Dalian Neusoft University of Information. Jim has additional certifications in Professional Scrum Master 1 from Scrum.org and Business Analysis from George Washington University in 2014. Jim also achieved an Apprentice Level Software Engineer certification from Capgemini in April 2014.
