Richard Allan

InspireAll (formerly Hertsmere Leisure) is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee established to provide and promote community sport, recreational and arts services. It commenced trading in February 2002 and has enjoyed much success and growth in the intervening period. It is governed by a Board of Trustees and has its Head Office in Borehamwood. It manages facilities owned by Hertsmere Borough Council, Hertfordshire County Council and Milton Keynes Council. It is also the Lead Agency selected by Hertfordshire County Council to develop 35 Family Centres in Hertfordshire.
