Josh Walker

Josh Walker has a diverse work experience spanning over different sectors. Josh is currently working as the Vice President of Investments at Inspired Healthcare Capital since April 2022. Prior to this, from April 2021 to April 2022, they held the position of Director - Real Estate and Healthcare Finance at Lever Capital Partners. Before that, from January 2019 to June 2020, they worked as an Acquisitions Analyst at Cadence Senior Living. Josh'sprofessional journey also includes roles such as Associate at PeerIQ from May 2018 to January 2019, and Associate - Structured Finance at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from December 2016 to May 2018. Josh has relevant experience starting with their role as Senior - Structured Finance at EY from October 2014 to April 2016. Prior to that, they worked as an Analyst - Corporate Trust at BNY Mellon from December 2013 to September 2014. Josh's earlier experience includes serving as a First Lieutenant in the US Army from June 2009 to November 2012.

Josh Walker attended the College of the Holy Cross from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Classics and Political Science. Josh is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Real Estate Finance at Georgetown University from 2021 to 2024.
