Physiotherapist

Part-time · Calgary, Canada

Job description

Born out of necessity for truly collaborative care, our clinic offers a broad spectrum of services from an array of healthcare professionals. We communicate between professionals seamlessly, and use our synergistic clinical strengths to provide you with an optimal clinical outcome. Too often in life we are stopped from pursuing the things that we are most passionate about. Unlike general practitioners, at Elite Sport Performance it is our clinical mandate to find ways to allow you to continue doing the things you love.

Our busy, multidisciplinary sport injury and private knee clinic is seeking a Physiotherapist with a strong interest and advanced training in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy. If you are passionate about patient care, collaborative treatment, and have a solid foundation in sports medicine, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, one-on-one physiotherapy care with a focus on sports injuries, rehabilitation, and MSK physiotherapy.

  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, working closely with sports medicine professionals, orthopedic surgeons, and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care.

  • Build and maintain a patient caseload while working with a steady flow of clinic-referred patients.

  • Focus on hands-on, non-invasive treatments rather than modality-focused care.

  • Assist patients in achieving their wellness goals, through progressive and natural means.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to active and healthy living, setting an example for patients.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of physiotherapy experience, with post-graduate or orthopedic training.

  • Experience in sports medicine and private practice.

  • Training in Level 1 Acupuncture and/or IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation) is required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.

  • A passion for hands-on therapy and working with active patients.

  • A commitment to patient-centered care, with a focus on interaction quality over quantity.

What We Offer:

  • A highly professional, yet friendly and progressive work environment.

  • Industry-leading compensation package.

  • Access to in-house health services, ensuring a collaborative approach to patient care.

  • A diverse, multidisciplinary team to support your growth and learning.

If you’re a Physiotherapist who is passionate about sports medicine, committed to active and healthy living, and ready to grow your practice, we encourage you to apply.
