Billie Smith

Billie Smith is an accomplished Talent Executive and Strategist currently serving as CTO, Americas at Inspired Thinking Group since July 2025. With a career spanning over two decades, Billie has held significant positions including Chief Talent Officer at Publicis Groupe from January 2020 to May 2025 and at Leo Burnett Group, where the role was occupied from March 2018 to December 2019. Billie began with Leo Burnett Group in 2007 as EVP, Director of Talent Management, and earlier served as VP HR Director at Arc Worldwide from 1997 to 2007. Billie’s career commenced as an Executive Recruiter at Gap, Inc. and is distinguished by a focus on diagnosing organizational change needs and implementing strategies that yield measurable business results. Billie holds a BA in English and Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington.
