Chris Smith

Chris Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and technology consulting, currently serving as Principal Consultant and Salesforce Solutions Practice Lead at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) since January 2021. Prior roles include Solutions Architect and Senior Consultant at Bluewolf, an IBM Company, and Managing Consultant at IBM iX, both from November 2017 to December 2020. Previous to those positions, Chris held managerial and consulting roles at Acumen Solutions, Bluewolf, and Teradata, as well as working as an Implementation Consultant for Salesforce and ExactTarget, where specific expertise was developed in marketing solutions. Career beginnings included positions at dnx ltd and eMarket2, focusing on email marketing and campaign management. Chris holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing from the University of Portsmouth.
