Mike McFadden

Prior to joining Inspired, Mike spent ten years with private healthcare providers in Australia, holding senior leadership positions in operations, strategy and transformation at Genesis Care, a leading global provider of oncology and cardiology, and the COO role at Better Medical, a large group of GP clinics. He spent the first half of his career at strategy consulting firm Bain & Company, advising global companies across multiple sectors in the US, Canada and India. Mike grew up as an ex-pat Canadian, attending international schools in Hong Kong and London. He graduated with a BA in International Relations from Princeton University and completed an MBA at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth as a Tuck Scholar.
