Barbara Murphy has extensive experience in Human Resources, with their most recent role being the Senior Director of Human Resources at Inspirica Inc. Barbara started this role in April 2022.

Prior to their current position, Barbara worked at Rail Europe for over two decades. Barbara held various roles within the Human Resources department, including Director of Human Resources and Administration from May 2008 to October 2020, Manager of Human Resources & Administration from January 2003 to December 2008, and Human Resources Payroll Manager from April 1998 to January 2003.

Barbara Murphy obtained a Certificate of Achievement in Human Resources Management and Services from Villanova University in 2015. Barbara also participated in Continuing Education in Human Resources Management and Services at AMA American Management Association in New York, NY. Additionally, they completed the SHRM Certificate Program in Human Resource Management at Pace University-New York. Barbara has obtained additional certifications including "Human Resources: Understanding HR Systems Features and Benefits" from LinkedIn in 2022, "Emergency Management Institute" from FEMA -CERT Program - Disaster and Humanitarian Relief in 2010, and is currently in the process of obtaining the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
